SCI写作细节一定要注意

1、一些细节问题

1、单位前一定要有空格，除了摄氏度（2℃）。

2、新手喜欢三个of连用，可用for代替提升表达。

3、owing to后面跟句子要用owing to the fact that…

4、小于10的数用英文，大于10或有小数点和单位的数用阿拉伯数字，比如 one day, 1.5 h。

5、避免缩写，can’t要换成cannot。

6、The metamaterials are also emerging as a research hotspot（很多机翻的类似句型很low）.

7、拼写错误和简单的单复数word可以自动检测，注意看word提示的波浪线。

8、矢量要用斜体，标量不用斜体。

9、要区分“ ̶̶ ”和“-”,描述多个子图要加s,比如：Figs. 2(a ̶̶ d)。

2、中式英语举例

1、中式英语：To accelerate the pace of economice reform. （正确形式：To accelerate economice reform.就可以了，因为汉语我们常说加快做某事的步伐。写成英语思维转换不过来，下意识的写出来这种句子。而忽视了在英文里accelerate就包含了the pace of ）。

2、中式英语：It‘s essential to strengthen the building of national defense，(正确形式：building of也不要，大家加of的时候就问自己是否真的有必要。是否累赘了？）

3、典型的动词累赘：A is built on the base of B

（正确形式：A is built on B，built on 肯定就是在the base of 上面建立，直接删掉the base of ）。
